Top's ULTIMATE YOUTH WRESTLING CAMP is a great camp for novice-level elementary school wrestlers (ages 7-11; grades 2-6) who enjoy the sport and want to improve but aren't yet ready for more serious, advanced camps.

At the Ultimate Youth Camp, the kids wrestle a lot and learn important fundamentals. They also play games and engage in a variety of activities to ensure a fantastic camp experience. The goal is to improve wrestling skills while having a lot of fun.

Learn from the athletes and staff members of a Division Program right here in the DMV. Camp will feature a large staff to provide each wrestler with the feedback and personalized instruction to maximize retention and learning. In addition to the techniques and tactics used at the highest levels of wrestling there will be seminars on mental preparation, weight training and nutrition, the college recruiting process and many other important areas. Take down setups, finishes, hand fighting, control ties will be taught in a systematic manner. Tilts, pinning, riding as well as escapes and reversals will also be covered in extensive detail.

All ages and skill levels are welcome however camp is not appropriate for beginners.

This camp is perfect for middle school wrestlers (and rising 9th graders) who are beginner or novice level or are interested in preparing for high school wrestling.
